Amity Property Group specialises in quality and high-end property development and investment. it is founded by Mr. Chan Eng Soon (46) and Mr. Lee Kwong Yan (47), both highly experienced in the property and construction industry.

Mr. Chan Eng Soon was formerly the Executive Director of Country Heights Group of Companies where his portfolio included the planning, designing and construction of properties within the group. In 1995, he started Dian Makmur Sdn Bhd, a construction company which is responsible for many projects, among which, a 5-star resort office in Cyberjaya.

Mr. Lee Kwong Yan is an Architect turned Developer. He practised architecture under the name Artitek Teknikarya for more than 15 years before becoming a full-time developer. The firm is responsible for numerous prestigious office buildings, hotels and residential projects throughout Malaysia. While practicing as an architect, he was already deeply involved in property development. He is a substantial shareholder and director in the Mutiara Johan Group of Companies which is known for developing commercial properties in the Klang Valley.
