SECURITY : 

A state-of-the-art security system would be installed to the building. A team to trained security personnel would form the first layer of security, checking on all in-coming and out-going traffic. This would be aided by centrally controlled CCTV system to the car parks, lift lobbies and strategic locations. In addition, state-of-the-art perimeter surveillance system would be installed at all perimeter boundaries.

The next layer of the security system consists of electronic access control system for residents at various lift lobby entrances and lift car access to individual unit.

The final layer of the security system consists of video intercom system and panic button connected to the main control panel. This would ensure timely assistance in the event of emergency and 24-hour communication with the security personnel in the building.

 
CAR PARK : One car park bay would be provided. Additional car park bay would be charged accordingly.
